Company understands and agrees to the benefits for IAEE-CTC sponsors as outlined in the 2024 IAEE-CTC Annual Sponsorship Benefits Package included with this contract. No oral representations have been or will be binding on IAEE-CTC. IAEE-CTC representatives do not have the authority to bind sponsorships with oral statements or agreements. Email signatures of Company and IAEE-CTC representatives are binding. Once an IAEE-CTC representative countersigns the contract, a copy will be scanned and emailed to Company.

All sponsors must be paid in full by September 1, 2024 or will result in loss of Company’s sponsorship benefits and all moneys paid to IAEE-CTC for the sponsorship. Funds already paid to IAEE-CTC for sponsorship shall be considered liquidated damages for IAEE-CTC having reserved sponsor space for Company and for IAEE-CTC costs, staff time and effort.
